Chris Garrett practices in the area of business litigation. His diverse practice includes representing clients in state and federal court in trials and appeals in disputes ranging from antitrust to intellectual property to employment. He was retained to represent Oregon legislative leaders in constitutional litigation related to education funding. In addition, Chris has extensive political law experience, frequently advising elected officials, candidates, and organizations on matters of constitutional and election law.
