Lawyer Overview

Jason Brady practices primarily in the corporate transactional area of the law, with experience in a wide range of business transactions involving public and private companies. He counsels clients in various fields, including in the hospitality and emerging technology fields, ranging from small start-up companies, established medium-sized companies, and large publicly traded companies.

Mr. Brady has considerable experience in merger, asset and stock acquisition and disposition transactions, as well as experience in a wide range of corporate finance transactions, including asset securitizations, asset-based loan transactions and equity financings.

In addition, Mr. Brady has substantial experience in state and federal securities law, including preparing registration statements and private placement disclosure documents in connection with public and private offerings, and filing and coordinating such documents with the Securities and Exchange Commission and the various state securities divisions. Mr. Brady also reviews and assists in the preparation of periodic reports filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission for publicly traded companies.

Beyond his experience in the transactional area, Mr. Brady is a patent lawyer registered with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Mr. Brady assists in the preparation and prosecution of U.S. patent applications and acquiring foreign patent rights directed to the mechanical arts. In addition, he assists in counseling clients regarding infringement and validity of patents.

Mr. Brady is a member of the American Bar Association and the Florida Bar.
