Lawyer Overview

Leigh Ann Wilson is responsible for handling a variety of employee benefits matters, including qualified and non-qualified pension plans, health and welfare benefit plans and executive compensation issues. Ms. Wilson also assists clients with compliance issues, including HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA and nondiscrimination testing, as well as retirement plan qualification and fiduciary duties.

Ms. Wilson's previous experience includes fifteen years of benefits and compensation experience as a plan administrator and practitioner with a number of employers in the private sector, including a FORTUNE 100 manufacturer and a nonprofit hospital.

Ms. Wilson is a member of the American, Ohio and Columbus Bar Associations. She is a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist, a member of the International Society of Certified Employee Benefits Specialists and a past president of the Central Ohio Chapter–ISCEBS. Ms. Wilson is a frequent speaker on employee benefits issues and has been an instructor for various CEBS courses.
