Lawyer Overview

Ms. Anderson is the Department Manager of our insurance practice area.  Her diverse insurance practice allows Robyn to efficiently and effectively advise clients regarding a multitude of issues involving insurance coverage, claims and litigation. She spends a considerable amount of time advising corporate policyholders regarding their coverage profiles, insurance needs, and claims prosecution and litigation.

Robyn also has significant experience negotiating and litigating coverage disputes involving the "solvent" and "insolvent" London insurance market. She is familiar with the unique structure and nuances of the London market, and ensures effective claims negotiations within that structure. Robyn monitors the increasing number of Solvent Schemes of Arrangement, and helps clients submit and resolve their incurred and contingent claims under those Schemes. She further conducts and coordinates London insurance archeology and policy reconstruction for clients.

In addition, Robyn devotes a notable portion of her practice to ERISA employee benefit litigation and individual medical insurance claims. She has litigated and efficiently resolved more than 100 life, health, accidental death and disability benefit claims in numerous jurisdictions within the Eighth Circuit, Tenth Circuit and Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
