Ms. Kwart is licensed to practice in Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Delaware, and is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts located in those states.

Ms. Kwart was born in Wilmington, Delaware. She is married to Andrew A. Amatruda, Jr. They reside with their two boys in Attleboro, Massachusetts.
