The Law Office of Anthony J. Sperber represents California individuals and companies through all stages of the legal process, from negotiation to litigation. Mr. Sperber specializes in employment law, a field that encompasses nearly every issue that might arise between employers and employees, from employment contracts to wage and hour issues to non-disclosure agreements to discrimination complaints. Mr. Sperber’s practice also includes general litigation, consumer protection, defamation and privacy.

Mr. Sperber has successfully represented clients in numerous state and federal forums, including the Superior Courts of California, the California Labor Commissioner, the California Unemployment Insurance Appeals Board, the California Department of Fair Employment & Housing (DFEH) and the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). Mr. Sperber also represents clients in private arbitration and mediation.

Mr. Sperber is a mediator for the EEOC, the Berkeley Dispute Resolution Service and private parties.
