Stacy Baim has a diverse intellectual property practice, including litigation and transactional matters relating to patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, and unfair competition. She has represented Jones Day clients in complex litigation throughout the country, involving varied technologies ranging from computer software and semiconductors to patio furniture and household products. Stacy has substantial experience handling numerous aspects of intellectual property litigation, including being responsible for fact and expert discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.

Stacy's practice also includes client counseling and transactional matters, such as negotiating licenses and advising clients on intellectual property issues. In the trademark area, Stacy assists clients with global trademark clearance, brand development, trademark prosecution, and portfolio management. She also represents clients in federal trademark actions and before the United States Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB).

Stacy is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and The Chicago Bar Association.
