Lawyer Overview

Paul Lee focuses his practice on complex civil litigation matters, including the defense of companies in the areas of product liability, construction litigation and commercial litigation.  He has also worked with numerous health care providers in the medical malpractice arena.  In representing his clients, Paul has developed a multi-jurisdictional practice appearing in numerous courts throughout the country, including Arizona, Alaska, California, New Mexico and Texas.

Paul has defended his corporate clients against various technical and complex claims that include crashworthiness, seat restraints, chemical exposure, burns, rollover/roof crush and fires.  Many of the cases have involved large document production against aggressive, well-financed plaintiff's counsel.  In his workup, Paul is frequently involved with mechanical engineers, accident reconstructionsts, biomechanics, physicians and other technical experts.

Before entering the civil arena, Paul was a Deputy County Attorney for the Maricopa County Attorney's Office where he tried and prosecuted a number of felony cases.
