Mr. Kayira has experience representing individuals, businesses and artists in numerous litigation matters ranging from business and contract disputes to complex construction and commercial litigation.

Mr. Kayira's transactional experiences include negotiating and documenting the sale and purchase of assets and stocks. He also has experience in drafting corporate formation documents, agreements, articles of organization and incorporation, operating agreements, corporate by-laws, and related documents. Mr. Kayira serves as general counsel to a number of small closely-held companies.

Mr. Kayira's entertainment law practice includes representation of recording artists, musicians, record producers, managers, as well as film and stage production companies, directors, producers and writers.

Mr. Kayira has served as an adjunct professor at St. Louis University teaching business law to undergraduate students.
