Glenn A. Stockton founded the firm in 2000 after graduating from the University of Kansas School of Law. In addition to his Juris Doctorate, Mr. Stockton graduated with his A.S. from Fort Scott Community College in Fort Scott, Kansas where he was named "Most Outstanding Student." From Fort Scott, Mr. Stockton went on to attend Benedictine College in Atchison Kansas as a Presidential Scholar, graduating with honors. He finished his studies at Benedictine as the institutions first triple major, majoring in Political Science, Economics and Philosophy. After graduating from Benedictine, Mr. Stockton attended the University of Edinburgh in Edinburgh, Scotland as a Rotary Scholar where he received a Post-Graduate Diploma in European and International Politics.

Mr. Stockton is licensed to practice law in the State of Kansas and is authorized to appear in all of the courts of Kansas including to the federal United States District Court for Kansas. He is a member of the Kansas Bar, the Johnson County Bar Association and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.
