Lawyer Profile:

Jerry has been a trial attorney since 1985 and has handled hundreds of cases in state and federal courts throughout eastern and central Pennsylvania. He represents both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of litigation including automobile, truck and motorcycle accidents, products liability, civil rights, and commercial contract litigation. Jerry's client roster includes seven Pennsylvania Counties, police officers, judges, attorneys, school districts, and Pocono businesses who have trusted his experience and knowledge to protect their rights. His experience is a valuable asset in coordinating the firm's litigation department.

Jerry regularly presents seminars for attorneys and governmental officials throughout Pennsylvania about developments in Pennsylvania and federal law and he enjoys speaking to students at Pocono colleges and schools about legal issues.

Jerry has been certified as a mediator in the Monroe County Court system where he helped develop Monroe County's first mediation program as President of the Monroe County Bar Association. He was selected by both the Monroe County Court of Common Pleas and by the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania to participate in committees recommending improvements in the Court system.

Jerry has been awarded the Martindale Hubble AV Preeminent Rating in a survey of judges and his peers. This is the highest possible rating for an attorney in both ethical standards and legal ability.
