A member of Plunkett Cooney's Insurance Coverage Practice Group, Ms. Pohl represents businesses in litigation including insurance coverage issues, primarily advising insurance companies on complex coverage questions and representing them when disputes arise.

Ms. Pohl's insurance coverage experience extends to construction defects, bodily injuries, environmental contamination, disparagement and defamation. She regularly prepares coverage opinions and letters on behalf of insurers. Ms. Pohl also represents insurance company clients in litigation, including defending insurers in coverage actions brought against them and initiating declaratory judgment actions.

She is the President of Villanova University Alumni Association, Detroit Chapter and Vice President of communications of Delta Gamma Alumni Association, Detroit North Suburban Chapter.
