Lawyer Overview

Megan Fischer focuses her trial practice in the areas of product liability defense, including asbestos litigation.  She also diligently defends her clients in a wide range of commercial litigation and employment litigation claims.

Since she has been at Bowman and Brooke, Megan has proven her talents both in and out of the courtroom.  Megan's experience includes handling several successful summary judgments for clients resulting in dismissals of the entire case, as well as hearings, expert depositions and preparing several client representatives prior to testimony in depositions and trial. 

Megan is an active participant in many of Arizona's legal organizations and has been a speaker at the seminar, Products Liability in Arizona.  In addition, Megan spends one morning a month working for the Volunteer Lawyers Program.
