Entering the new millennium, Ed Barker, Roland Leon and Rick Fancher envisioned the creation of a strong and powerful civil litigation law firm. Unlike many law firms, we have no ambition of becoming a "full service" enterprise. Instead, we focus our energies and resources on defense litigation. With a rich background in insurance defense, the founding partners seized a unique opportunity to form this law firm and fill a need for experienced trial lawyers in South Texas.

On January 1, 2000, the law firm of Barker, Leon & Fancher, LLP was formed and is located in Corpus Christi, Texas. There are seven (7) attorneys in our firm, providing a broad range of litigation services to individuals and business clients throughout South Texas. Our law firm is AV rated by Martindale Hubbell.
