Page, Mrachek, Fitzgerald & Rose, P.A., was formed on February 3, 2000. The concept of the Firm is simple. It is to assemble in one place civil litigators who have the knowledge and experience to handle high-end, sophisticated civil litigation in state, federal and appellate courts. The Firm consists of nothing but trial lawyers, and thus its focus is solely on the trial of litigated and arbitrated matters. The Firm has no ancillary businesses such as title companies or travel agencies, and accordingly, the Firm has nothing to distract it from its mission.

That mission is very simply to provide very intense and highly personalized service to clients involved in serious and complex civil litigation or arbitration. Page Mrachek lawyers are not remote and hard to reach. They are accessible to their clients. They answer their own phones.

Collectively, the Firm's four shareholders have been litigating cases throughout Florida and in other states for over 60 years. Page Mrachek has the legal knowledge and the trial experience to win serious and complicated cases. There are any number of other litigation boutiques that have experienced trial lawyers. Page Mrachek combines the best of both of those worlds.
