Mr. Croney specializes in the business of transactional law. Professionally, his business and legal experiences have been adapted to accomplish clients' objectives quickly and efficiently, with a focus on closing transactions to clients' satisfaction. Mr. Croney has served as a director and two-term President of the Delaware Valley Chapter of the American Corporate Counsel Association and conducted several seminars on corporate and transactional law.

Prior to joining High Swartz LLP, Mr. Croney practiced in the Law Department of Alco Standard Corporation, a NYSE diversified company. During his 23 years there, the company grew to $12 billion in revenues; Mr. Croney focused his efforts on acquisitions and divestitures, securities, anti-trust and legal management. As General Counsel of Alco Standard, he was responsible for all significant legal matters.

Mr. Croney is currently the Board President of Musicopia, which provides music educational programs for schools through the Delaware Valley.  He is a former Trustee of Chestnut Hill Academy and has been on the Executive Committee of the Golf Association of Philadelphia since 1998.
