Carol Khoury has substantial experience in real estate matters involving acquisitions.
She primarily represents international investors and has participated in sale and leaseback and off-balance sheet transactions advising industrial companies and international investors, such as Diebold, EDS, GE Real Estate, Goodrich Corporation, IBM, and Timken.
Carol also has experience in environmental and insurance issues.
Prior to joining Jones Day, Carol served as a notaire with a French notary firm from 1992 to 1999, where she handled numerous real estate transactions and performed research on titles, mortgages, and ownership. As a notaire graduate of law school, she also is qualified to advise clients on family and corporate matters.
