Lawyer Overview

Carol Khoury has a great deal of experience in real estate matters involving acquisitions. She primarily represents international investors and has participated significantly in sale and leaseback and off-balance sheet transactions representing industrial companies and international investors, such as EDS, IBM Corporation, GE Real Estate, and Goodrich Corporation.

Carol also has experience in environmental and insurance issues.

Prior to joining Jones Day, Carol served as a notaire with a French notary firm from 1992 to 1999, where she handled numerous real estate transactions and performed research on titles, mortgages, and ownership. As a notaire graduate of law school, she is also qualified to advise clients on family and corporate matters.
