Lawyer Overview
Phoebe Li's practice encompasses a wide range of corporate, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and commercial litigation. She has substantial experience in advising local and foreign clients in a variety of cross-border transactions, including foreign investment approval, M&A, distribution and supply agreements, technology licensing, management control, and other corporate issues. Phoebe also has represented clients in private placements, venture capital financing, and other investments in and outside of Taiwan. In addition, she has advised local and foreign companies on financial derivatives, employee incentive programs, hospitality agreements, and bankruptcy and reorganization. In addition, Phoebe is experienced in commercial litigation and dispute resolution. She has represented clients in enforcement of intellectual property rights, including anticounterfeiting litigation, unfair competition disputes, as well as arbitration relating to construction and engineering projects and independent power plant construction projects.
She is a member of the Taipei Bar Association and is fluent in Taiwanese, Mandarin, and English.
