The firm is engaged in the general practice of law but specializes in corporate and commercial matters including representation of state up businesses and corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions.

Because of its strong belief in alternative dispute resolution techniques, the firm also provides arbitration and mediation services.

Additional support from large law firm affiliates and attorneys specializing in other practice areas is available as required. Alternative billing approaches, including payment in client stock will be considered.
