Representative transactions include advising Cerberus and Goldman Sachs on their joint acquisition of a €423 million loan portfolio from Bayerische Landesbank, LANXESS AG on the formation of a joint venture with Weifang Yaxing Chemical Company, and Mahle GmbH on its acquisition of the Siemens VDO Automotive air intake module and air filtration business segment for combustion engines, involving assets in eight countries.

Her experience in the automotive industry includes the representation of clients in negotiations with car manufacturers such as Daimler, BMW, Porsche, Audi, VW, Renault, Volvo, Bentley, Ferrari, Hyundai, Mitsubishi, Scania, and Opel and with suppliers such as Bosch, Continental, Denso, Magna, Siemens VDO, Aisin Seiki, ZF, and Johnson Matthey.

During the years 1998 to 2000, under a program financed by the German government, Adriane worked on Romanian tax law matters and privatizations as part of a team that drafted Romanian income and corporate tax laws.
