Lawyer Overview

Before joining Jones Day, he worked for several large Belgian and American law firms. He is a guest lecturer at the Université Catholique de Louvain where he teaches commercial law. He is a prolific author of law review articles, mainly in the field of company law, bankruptcy, and secured transactions. He also is co-chief editor of one of the leading Belgian law reviews on commercial law and is the editorial board secretary of another periodical on company law.
