Lawyer Overview

Luis Muñoz practices banking law, representing Spanish and foreign banks and corporations in a variety of transactions, with a particular focus on project financings involving renewable energy and infrastructure. He has advised on project financings for wind parks, solar plants, mini hydraulic plants, biomass and cogeneration plants, toll roads, highways, and hotels. Luis also has extensive experience in acquisition financing, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate law. He heads the Firm's Madrid Office Banking & Finance Practice.
