Speakman & Speakman was founded in 1999 and is a small firm that concentrates on criminal defense, plaintiff's personal injury, and domestic relations in all state and federal courts, including the municipal courts of Auburn and Opelika, Alabama. The firm also represents clients in the areas of probate, wills and trusts, civil litigation, social security disability, condemnation, business and corporate matters, insurance, and appellate practice. The firm represents businesses and individuals, including college students throughout east and central Alabama. With more than 32 years of combined legal experience, our attorneys offer each client personal attention in addressing our clients' legal matters. The firm's goal is to provide a high standard of legal services and address each client's concerns promptly and courteously. Michael Speakman and Steven Speakman are both alumni of Auburn University and graduates of Washington & Lee University School of Law. They listen to and work closely with their clients to identify their clients' goals and form a plan that meets their clients' objectives and financial needs.
