Carol focuses her practice on the needs of seniors, wills and trusts,and probate and trust administration. She has the expertise to manage disability issues facing the elderly, including nursing homes, Medicaid, and guardianship.

Carol and her clients discuss planning schemes for protection and distribution of assets upon disability and death, and she will advise them as to their needs and concerns. Planning may include simple wills, living trusts, special needs trusts, Medicaid planning, nursing home and assisted living issues.

Carol will also advise clients on their role as executor or trustee.  She also represents beneficiaries of probate and trust estates.
