1. My name is THOMAS R. HITCHCOCK, and I am personally available for you concerning any problems or concerns relating to your credit problems. There is no additional charge for dealing directly with me.
   
2. My Law office is not a bankruptcy factory. You will receive personal, yet professional service. With many other firms, you are left waiting at the meetings you attend wondering what your attorney looks like and hoping someone calls out your name. We give you the personal attention that you deserve.
   
3. My fees are competitive and are reviewed by the trustee and the Judge to insure that they are fair and reasonable. In most cases, we accept our fees in installments without interest.
   
4. I have over 9 years of experience in the bankruptcy field, representing creditors for my first 3 years and debtors since then. Therefore, I know what your creditors expect and can prepare you in advance so that you preserve your rights under the bankruptcy laws.
   
5. I maintain a caring, experienced and professional staff who will keep you advised of the progress of your case and can answer nearly all your questions and concerns.
   
6. My staff and I will preserve your confidentiality, dignity and self respect.
   
7. My staff and I will fully explain the process you are involved in at every juncture of your case. Many lawyers prefer to leave their clients in the dark. However, we believe this is an old fashioned idea and that our clients deserve better service. We actually spend a good deal of our time attempting to remedy bankruptcy cases which have been mismanaged as well as counseling clients who have been mistreated by other law firms.
   
8. I provide a modern, fully handicapped -accessible street level facility located in downtown Chicago, right on State Street, which is in walking distance of the Federal courts and Trustee Offices. My office is accessible by Bus, Subway and "L" if you are driving. It is close to the Dan Ryan, The Stevenson, Lake Shore Drive and Eisenhower Expressways. There is also parking completely surrounding the building and in the building as well.
   
9. I will provide same day service when necessary to avoid serious problems such as Sheriff's sales, car repossessions or garnishments.
   
10. I provide weekend and evening appointments and can make special arrangements for shut-ins. We will give you a free consultation to evaluate your credit situation and help you make an educated decision as to what options are available to you.
