Katherine E. McCarron is a member of the Litigation and Public Policy and Strategy Departments at WilmerHale.

Practice

Ms. McCarron has a general litigation practice with an emphasis on internal corporate investigations and white-collar criminal defense.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. McCarron clerked for the Honorable William W. Schwarzer of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. From 1997 to 1999, she served at the Department of Defense as the Special Assistant to the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Strategy and Threat Reduction.
