Mr. Brennan is an associate of the firm and concentrates his practice in the areas of construction litigation, labor and employment law and general commercial litigation. Mr. Brennan has successfully represented employers and construction contractors in connection with employment discrimination cases, wage and hour and prevailing wage claims, representational elections, unfair labor practice charges, OSHA violations, public bid investigations and workers' compensation matters pending before Federal and State Courts and Federal and State administrative agencies, including but not limited to, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, National labor Relations Board, United States Department of Labor, New York State Department of Labor, New York State Division of Human Rights and New York State Workers' Compensation Board. Mr. Brennan also provides advice and counsel to employers on issues such as discrimination and harassment investigations, employee leave, worker classification practices, compensation practices, Form I-9 compliance and background checks. Further, Mr. Brennan drafts and prepares employment contracts, non-compete/non-solicitation agreements, consulting agreements and employer policies and handbooks.

Mr. Brennan is a member of the New York State Bar and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Brennan was an associate at a traditional labor and employment law firm where he represented management in all aspects of employment and labor related matters.
