Lawyer Overview
Jeff Glaser's practice involves all aspects of labor and employment law. He has assisted with the successful representation of employers involved in discrimination disputes, wage and hour claims, and claims brought under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act. He has experience with lawsuits brought by individual plaintiffs as well as class and collective actions.
Jeff also has experience counseling employers on compliance issues related to the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the National Labor Relations Act, as well as various state regulatory and statutory requirements.
Jeff is a member of the Georgia Bar and the Atlanta Bar Association.
