Nicole P. De Bello (formerly Nicole P. Wrobleski) is an associate in Dickstein Shapiro’s Business & Securities Law Group. Ms. De Bello focuses her practice on white-collar criminal and regulatory defense, including prosecutions, investigations, and proceedings initiated by the Department of Justice, Securities and Exchange Commission, United States Attorney’s Office, New York Stock Exchange, Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA, formerly known as the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD)), New York State Attorney General, and the New York Banking Authority. Her experience also includes work on complex civil litigation focused on securities and regulatory matters as well as internal corporate investigations.
