Law Firm Overview

Firm has existed since 1998.  The founding partners both practiced for many years with a large Denver area law firm where the focus was insurance defense, especially defense of architects and engineers, accountants, and property damage claims.  Brian Stutheit has over 20 years experience with estate litigation and will contests.  Over the last eight years the firm has increasingly been asked to help working people whose livelihood is in jeopardy due to wrongful employment actions and denial of disability insurance claims.
