Burgos and Sosa, P.A. is a law firm specializing in United States Immigration and Naturalization Law. Our goal is to make the immigration process in the United States accessible to foreigners wishing to reside lawfully in the Country permanently or on a temporary basis. We provide full legal representation before the Immigration and Naturalization Service, the Immigration Court, and the United States State Department. Our attorneys and support staff are bilingual and fluent in the Spanish Language. Attorney Hans Burgos is a U.S. Department of Justice honor graduate, member of the Florida Bar, and former Assistant District Counsel for the Immigration and Naturalization Service with over 12 years of experience in immigration litigation. Attorney Magali Sosa is a member of the Florida Bar and former employee of the United States Department of Labor and highly experienced in employment based visas. Our office is located close to the Miami International Airport and the Immigration and Naturalization Service District Office.
