Craig Miller has represented over two thousand people who have been injured as a result of the negligence of others. He was co-counsel in a case which was, in 1987, the largest personal injury settlement for one individual, in the history of Hamilton County (Chattanooga), Tennessee ($2.2 million). In 1999, he obtained a settlement through mediation in the amount of $800,000 for a client who suffered a closed head injury. In 2001, Mr. Miller reached a settlement of $910,000 for a client who sustained bilateral femur fractures. Mr. Miller more recently obtained a settlement for $580,000 for a client who suffered a brain injury while riding as a passenger in an automobile, finding and then proving the legal entitlement to another policy containing $300,000 above and beyond the policy originally disclosed by the insurance company.  Mr. Miller has obtained jury verdicts in Cobb, DeKalb, Forsyth, Fulton, Gwinnett, Hall and Henry Counties and has settled cases for clients throughout the State of Georgia.
