Terri A. Georgen is a cum laude graduate of the University of Minnesota Law School, where she served as an editor of the Minnesota Law Review. Ms. Georgen also holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of Dubuque. She is admitted to practice in the Minnesota state courts, the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. She is a member of the American Bar Association (ABA), the Minnesota State Bar Association (MSBA) and the Ramsey County Bar Association. She is also a member of the Bankruptcy Section of the MSBA and the Business Law Section of the ABA. Prior to establishing the firm, Ms. Georgen practiced in the banking, bankruptcy, and commercial litigation groups at Frederikson & Byron, P.A. She also worked for U.S. Bancorp. as corporate counsel to the commercial workout group. Before attending law school, Ms. Georgen worked in banking for over ten years, including seven years in commercial lending and workouts.
