Law Firm Overview

The Law Office of Barry Oliver Chase, P.A., offers Harvard-quality counsel and legal services to clients in entertainment-related fields such as music , television , radio , film , modeling, sports and new media . In addition, the Office handles intellectual property matters (except patent work) associated with our clients' needs, including copyright , trademark and internet domain-name services. These services are available to both English-speaking and Spanish-speaking clients (and, in a pinch, to French-speakers as well).

Typical services include contract negotiation, protection of celebrity rights of publicity and personality, and establishment and maintenance of intellectual property rights. All of these services are provided from earliest consultation through and including litigation, if necessary.

The Office philosophy is to combine warm, highly personalized service with strict professional standards of timeliness, dependability and trust. In addition, our client-oriented philosophy has led us to maintain relatively reasonable fees, starting at $325/hour for individual artists/personalities and $350/hour for organizations in the entertainment industry.
