As a skilled Pennsylvania lawyer and mediator, I have over 17 years of legal experience and previous experience in the areas of tax and accounting. I apply this business and financial background to my law practice, helping to educate individuals on the complex tax implications associated with divorce and equitable distribution, estate planning and probate and estate administration. I also hold a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology, and have passed the National Counselor Examination for Licensure and Certification. I am a member of the Pennsylvania and Allegheny County Bar Associations, the Pennsylvania Council of Mediators, the Mediation Council of Western Pennsylvania , and the Greater Pittsburgh Counseling Association.

I have done pro bono work with Neighborhood Legal Services Association and worked for a reduced fee for women referred by the Women's Y. I am a provider for Single Steps Strategies, a life planning program that empowers women to take control of their lives through education and information.
