Litigation and Labor & Employment Groups.  Mr. Alexander focuses his practice in tort defense, employment law, and contract litigation. He also provides advice, counseling and training to corporate clients, drafts corporate documents, employment manuals, policies, and agreements.

Mr. Alexander handles litigation on the state, federal, and administrative levels. He represents a diverse group of national and local clients including telecommunications, transit authorities, insurance companies, and manufacturing institutions.  He has successfully represented his clients in premise and products liability, and discrimination jury trials in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
