RICHARD J. RAKITA is a partner in our Milwaukee office where his practice includes real estate, real estate litigation and business law.

Mr. Rakita is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin (B.S., 1967), and Marquette University Law School (J.D., 1970).

He has served on the boards of numerous charitable organizations over the years, including Congregation Beth-Israel, the American Jewish Committee, the Milwaukee Jewish Council for Community Relations, and is currently Chairman of the Board of the Jewish Home and Care Center.

Mr. Rakita has served on various committees of both the State Bar of Wisconsin and the Milwaukee Bar Association, and is a past chair of the Milwaukee Bar Judicial Polling Committee.  He is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and the Milwaukee and American Bar Associations.
