Richard Rakita is a partner in our Milwaukee office and the head of our Real Estate Practice Group. His practice includes real estate transactions, real estate litigation and business law.

Rick has lectured at continuing legal education seminars and has taught a course in basic law for the local chapter of the Builders, Owners and Managers Association. He has served on a number of committees of the State Bar of Wisconsin and the Milwaukee Bar Association, both as a board member and as a committee chairman.
