Jeffrey L. Naftulin retired in 2016 and practiced law in Pennsylvania from 1970-2015. He has been a trial lawyer, fighting insurance companies on behalf of http://www.naftulin-shick.com/ for over 45 years. He successfully represented people who were seriously injured as a result of injuries caused by: drunk drivers; power companies; manufacturers; tractor trailer operators; motorists (including uninsured motorists); companies and persons who created hazardous working conditions; hazardous constructions sites; and hit & run drivers.

He spent his career making sure that his clients were fairly & justly compensated for their losses. Since graduating from Villanova Law School in 1969, Jeff Naftulin tried numerous jury trials in the courts of Pennsylvania and the Federal District Courts of the United States. He practiced before appellate courts of Pennsylvania and of the United States. He is also one of very few attorneys in Pennsylvania who argued for his clients before the Supreme Court of the United States.
