Lawyer Overview

Steve Sandler concentrates his practice in civil litigation defense.  He was admitted to practice in Illinois in 1978 and is also admitted in the General and Trial Bars of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.  Steve is a 1974 graduate of the University of Illinois and a 1978 graduate with honors from the I.I.T.–Chicago Kent College of Law.

 Steve is a member of the American, Illinois State and Chicago Bar Associations, a former chairperson and vice-chairperson of the Chicago Bar Association Aviation Law Committee, and a member of the Lawyer-Pilots Bar Association.  He has attended the National Institute of Trial Advocacy and been a presenter at EAA AirVenture on aviation accident litigation.  Steve has also been a guest lecturer at the John Marshall Law School and the I.I.T-Chicago Kent College of Law.
