SANDRA M. ROSENBLOOM, JD, founder and principal of the Law Offices of Sandra M. Rosenbloom, concentrates her practice in Mediation and Collaborative practice. She provides clients with opportunities to craft creative non-confrontational resolutions for family disputes, including divorce, post-judgment actions, child custody, pre- and post-nuptial agreements and paternity without resorting to litigation.
In addition to her extensive training as both a Mediator and a Collaborative attorney, Sandra also teaches alternative dispute resolution as an adjunct professor at Loyola University of Chicago School of Law. She recently completed an intensive course in Powerful Non-Defensive Communication, enabling her to train others in this valuable skill.
A Fellow of the Collaborative Law Institute of Illinois (CLII) and former Board member of both the Mediation Council of Illinois (MCI) and CLII, Sandra presently leads a task force for CLII on training Collaborative practitioners. She has presented at the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals' annual fall Forum and has published in The Collaborative Review, the journal for Collaborative professionals. She is a frequent contributor to Divorce Magazine, and has been quoted in family law related articles in North Shore Magazine, among others.
