Wendy R.S. O'Connor, is an associate in the firm's health care liability practice group.  Wendy is licensed to practice before the state and federal courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Wendy has significant experience in all aspects of litigation, including pretrial proceedings, depositions, and motion practice, specializing in the preparation of case-dispositive motions. Wendy has represented clients in jury trials involving professional liability, products liability and insurance coverage disputes and has an extensive background in the defense of veterinary malpractice actions. She also has considerable appellate experience, with an emphasis in the preparation of appellate briefs.

Wendy has presented to many different audiences on a variety of topics, from federal court discovery abuses to collection strategies for small businesses.

While in law school, Wendy served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Samuel W. Salas, Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County. After graduating from law school, she concentrated her practice in insurance coverage disputes, products liability, and casualty defense.

Wendy currently serves as Solicitor and Vice Chair of the Board of Governors of The Hillside School. She is a former member of the Christkindlmart Council of ArtsQuest.
