- Notable Recent Cases - , Successfully represented the Plaintiffs in wrongful death, survival and negligence action based upon the "Duty to Warn". The claims arose out of the mother stabbing her two children causing the death of one child. The claims were successfully brought against the mother's treating psychiatrist, social worker and others for their failure to warn the boys' father of her condition.
- Successfully represented the Plaintiff in civil rights claims against various correctional officers and the warden of the facility where the Plaintiff descendant was killed in his cell by his cellmate., Within this cause, a judgment of $13,000,000 was obtained against the non-correctional Defendant.
