He is a member of the Statutory Revisions Committee of the Estate and Trust Section of the Colorado Bar Association, and the Arapahoe and Jefferson County Bar Associations. He is a founder of the National Association of Counsel for Children. He is also a member in the Guardianship Alliance of Colorado, Inc., a former board member of the Riverside-Ft. Logan Memorial Day Soccer Tournament benefiting the Children's Division of Ft. Logan Mental Health Facility, and a former President, Soccer Coach and Referee of the Riverside Soccer Association.
