LEAD ATTORNEY

Brian Don Levy was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1973, and he has been specializing in family law, civil litigation, business & transactional matters and estate planning since 1973. Mr. Levy has regularly served as a Judge Pro Tem and as an approved Family Law and Civil Litigation Mediator and Arbitrator since 1978. Additionally, Mr. Levy is on the panel of the Los Angeles County Superior Court approved Civil and Family Law Arbitrators and Mediators. Mr. Levy is also a member of the Coalition For Collaborative Divorce, where he provides collaborative family law services. Our spectrum of services includes Paralegal Support Services, Mediation Services, Arbitration Services, Collaborative Divorce Services and Litigation Services throughout Los Angeles County, Orange County, Riverside County and San Bernardino County. PARALEGAL SUPPORT SERVICES

Arcie is a highly qualified and experienced Paralegal. Arcie has been a family law and civil litigation paralegal on our team since 1991, and is pursuing her law school education. Arcie has developed extensive family law knowledge, skills, and resources. She has prepared thousands of family law forms including all issues relating to dissolutions, child custody, support, property, debts and paternity, and is highly experienced in assisting and working with family law and civil litigation clients and their varied and unique needs. Louise is a Paralegal who joined our team in 2003. Louise has been a Paralegal for over 17 years, predominantly specializing in all aspects of family law and civil litigation. She was employed for over 15 years by an attorney who is now a family law Commissioner in Los Angeles County. While managing his former law office, she developed extensive knowledge and skills in the preparation of numerous family law forms including all issues relating to dissolutions, child custody, support, property, debts and paternity. She is highly experienced in assisting, supporting, understanding and working directly with clients relating to their various family law and civil litigation needs. Sunny is a Legal Assistant who joined our team in 2003. She is currently pursuing a law school education and is a recent UCLA graduate who received her B.A. in American Literature and minored in both Spanish Literature and Chicana/o Studies. While at UCLA, she was elected to the Undergraduate Student Association Council and served as the Community Service Commissioner for 2001-2002. She earned the Chancellor's Service Award upon graduation and received various other awards and recognition for her steadfast dedication to the Los Angeles community. Her experience in Family Law builds on the work she has engaged in with children and families of underserved communities-from organizing health fairs to directing tutorial programs. She contributes to our commitment to providing unparalleled legal services and in giving our clients the attention necessary to accommodate their legal needs. Joann is a Legal Secretary who joined our team in 2002. She works with our team to provide support for our paralegal staff, and works a liaison for our clientele and the rest of our team. OFFICE MANAGEMENT

Gail is our Office Coordinator and manages our team of professionals. Gail has been a part of our team since 1983, and brings to our team an abundance of management and paralegal experience working with family law and civil litigation clients.
