Pasadena Attorney Mr. Richard Binder received his B.S. from California State University Los Angeles in 1967, and his J.D. (Law Degree) from the University of West Los Angeles Law School where he served as Law Review Editor in 1973. He is the senior partner of Binder & Associates, a law firm that is devoted to representing victims in all aspects of personal injury, medical malpractice, product liability, and workers' compensation. He is either a member or former member of the American Bar Association, California Bar Association, Los Angeles County Bar Association, Pasadena Bar Association, Consumer Attorneys of California, and Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles. Attorney Richard Binder is admitted in all of the Federal and State Courts within California, as well as the United States Supreme Court. He has lectured frequently on matters concerning personal injury and workers' compensation, and has been recognized for his service as Judge Pro Tem by the Los Angeles Superior Court. Mr. Binder's law firm continues to achieve success after success, and has recently surpassed $75 Million in settlements and/or verdicts. In addition, he has been voted a 2007, 2008, and 2009 SuperLawyer by Law & Politics Magazine.
