He graduated from the University of Baltimore School of Law in1974; passed the Maryland Bar exam in July, 1974; and was admitted to the active practice of law in December, 1974. Steve Jacoby is a member of numerous bar associations and he is admitted to practice before the Court of Appeals of Maryland, the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States.
