Susan Lehr has extensive experience representing clients in the areas of real estate, securities, business transactions, tax, and corporate law with an emphasis in general business and real property development. Ms. Lehr has worked on complex, mixed-use projects, providing innovative structuring which has resulted in maximal flexibility for financing and liability limitation, while preserving developer control and favorable tax treatment. Her real estate projects include residential and commercial development, financing, leasing and condominiums.  Ms. Lehr has also organized and closed complex business transactions including venture capital, private placement, institutional financing, and mergers and acquisitions. Additionally, she has represented international clients in transnational business planning including private and public offerings.
