Mr. Gugliotta was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1961 and to the United States Supreme Court in 1967. He started his career representing numerous insurance companies throughout the State of New York in a variety of general liability and automotive liability cases.

Over the years, Mr. Gugliotta has expanded his practice to include Real Estate closings, commercial transactions, Wills, Trusts, and Probate, along with significant personal injury matters.

Mr. Gugliotta served as counsel to the New York State Tax Commission between 1986-1994.

Richard G. Gugliotta is a member of the American Association for Justice and the Columbian Lawyers Association.
