Ms. Garb has been a practicing lawyer for over 20 years. She represents corporate and individual clients as Plaintiff and Defendant in State and Federal Courts and also before Municipal Boards. She has represented leading corporations, including Fortune 500 companies, from a diversity of business sectors such as oil and gasoline, food and beverage, insurance, advertising and financial products and services. Ms. Garb also represents businesses before planning and zoning boards and with the purchase, sale and lease of commercial real estate.
Since 1998, Ms. Garb has been a member of the Elder & Disability Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association. She represents clients in a variety of Elder Law matters which include wills, trusts, estate planning and preservation, guardianships, nursing home abuse and healthcare and Medicaid issues. Ms. Garb represents clients with employment issues such as discrimination, sexual harassment and wrongful termination. Attorney Fran J. Garb represents clients in family law matters such as divorce, child custody and child support, alimony, and property settlements.
