Jennifer Koiles is recognized throughout Massachusetts as a respected and successful family law and criminal attorney. In 2005, she was chosen as an Up and Coming Lawyer by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly. Most recently Attorney Koiles was selected in 2007as Boston Magazine. Massachusetts Rising Star Super Lawyer, a recognition extended to only5% of Massachusetts attorneys. Her practice has focused on all issues of divorce and family law as well as criminal defense.

Attorney Koiles has tried and argued several divorce and child custody matters, all of which resulted in her client being awarded custody of the minor children and in some instances being allowed to relocate.

Attorney Koiles had tried numerous criminal trials in the superior and district courts to not guilty verdicts. She has been co-counsel on three murder trials, two of which ended with not guilty verdicts, and has obtained numerous dismissals with motions to suppress or dismiss for matters including domestic assault and battery, OUI, larceny, breaking and entering, drug offenses, motor vehicle offenses, sexual assaults, and assault and battery.

For nearly ten years, Attorney Koiles worked as a prosecutor. She was a supervisor in the Child Abuse Unit in Middlesex County and Chief of the Juvenile Unit in Norfolk County. Attorney Koiles graduated cum laude from Gonzaga University School of Law in Spokane, Washington, and is licensed to practice in Massachusetts, California, and Montana. She is a member of both the Massachusetts and Women's Bar Associations.
